The girl goes shopping in heels, how can He not like this already. She is rocking an upper arm bangle, and we know by now that's one of He's favorite ways to style jewelry. Stella: Not even sure that He can technically write about Stella or even how old Stella is, but this chick learns fast. High waisted jean shorts and heels, bingo! If you are gonna wear short shorts, make your legs look 10x longer by strapping on a pair of heels. Leopard heels and you are ready to party.

Any girl that wears thigh highs as much as Sarah does is on the fast tracking to becoming He Approved. In talking to Sarah, she revealed a huge secret, She is only 5'3". See short ladies out there, you can look tall and look like you have super long legs and still be only 5'3". Ya just gotta find the right looks, maybe go take some notes from Sarah and her blog. I like to think I think it's constantly evolving and changing... but there will probably always be a boho vibe with a rock 'n roll edge in my look.

Favorite item you own? A faux fur leopard coat I'll probably wear until it falls apart, a vintage fur shrug and all of my DIY denim cut-offs.

Gotta tell ya, when He started this HottHe of the Week feature, He never planned that so many chicks would want to participate. It is HottHe overload here at FybHE HQ. That's not a complaint because He definitely needs a new supply of HottHes for May, but damn there are a lot of Hot Fashion bloggers on this planet. To start this weeks HottHe's off, meet Mona Lomre, from Belguim, and finally a single fashion blogger. Gonna have to check but He is pretty sure this is the first ever Belguim HottHe. Kinda thinking we should see if the ArmHe can get a HottHe in every country in the World, that would be total domination. For now though Mona is He Approved.

How would you describe your style?
I don't know! All I know is that I finally have one, because now I try everything on. Of course I'm not satisfied with my body, but I don't care. It's not because I'm petite that I can't wear long skirts, it's not because I don't like my legs that I can't show them. I just let myself go! But if I had to put words on my style, I would say a mix between British & French. Less classy than French, less crazy than British!

Favorite item you own? I have a few! My Miu Miu bag (it's in zebra & in wicker, so weird!) that I found in a vintage shop, it's just genius. And my Miu Miu shoes, all glittered, I got them from a friend. They are destroyed because I ran with them, I danced with them... They are SO comfy! My Maison Martin Margiela sweater is beautiful too. It has holes in it (made on purpose by Martin haha) and I got it in a vintage shop too. Actually, my favourite items are from vintage shops, or items with a story.

Who are your favorite designers? Maison Martin Margiela, of course! He's Belgian (so am I) and he really changed fashion. I also love Stella McCartney, Balmain and Chanel. These are my greatest inspirations.

Well as cool as these light up stilettos might be, with Christian Louboutin suing everyone and anyone with a red bottomed heel, they better be careful. Then again He isn't exactly sure this kind of attention is necessary, if your shoes are HOT, you don't need lights to bring attention to them. They will speak for themselves.

We have seen some pretty scarey headbands in our day, but walking around with one of these things just give you a reason to get hit upside the head. How would you describe your style? I would describe my style as girlie with an edge. I like to toy around with putting things together that sometimes im not sure will work but usually do.. I have a keen eye :) I also like comfortable clothes so ill often go out in some leggings, a cute open back tee and some pumps.

Favorite item you own? I dont have just one favorite item i own, i have a few. I love my tory burch fringe crossbody because it always adds some style to an outfit, im dying for the right event to wear this gorgeous herve leger dress i recently bought and i love my patent loubs because you cant go wrong with pairing them with some skinny jeans.

How would you describe your style? I think I'm very ecletic. I like to dress accordingly to how I feel that day...Sometimes I wake up boho, or dressed up, or just a pair of jeans will do. It depends on my mood. But in general I like more to dress up, I'm always in high heels..even if Im just walking around town all day. I don't like to follow trends, I like to do my own version.
