  10. That only works if you wear it to make a statement. Otherwise, it's just weird and not really fashionable. On the other hand, I've got to give her credit for rocking it in public - most people wouldn't have the guts.

    If this was lady Gaga, people would be all over it. It's time for the normal people out there to rock their inner crazy too! :)
