Is this look Hot or Not?

He wants to try something new right now. Let's Call this FashionIDEAS by He. He has never before suggested a totally new never before seen style, but He cannot hold this idea in any longer.

The Look: Nylon Tricot Legging or any bright color leggings underneath Ripped Jeans. High heels of course. Black or dark jeans with the fluorescent color showing through.

How could this not be a golden idea for fall/winter? Maybe it has been done, and He hasn't seen it yet, He doesn't know, but it doesn't matter. He is taking full and absolute credit for this idea.
Thoughts? Is He brillant or just crazy? Whoever He-mails a picture of themselves in this look will, even better, anyone who leaves a comment telling He how amazing of an idea this is will be entered to win a necklace from Rachel Shoshana. She is a cool jewelry designer who makes hand made stuff, check it out.

  2. I don't see why it wouldn't work - leggings and ripped jeans are really popular right now so why not combine the two? I was thinking about it and I don't think I've ever seen anyone do this either.

  7. Oh He, I officially love you. What a fabulous idea; though leggings might be a bit uncomfortable. You have to remember, both the jeans and the leggings would have waistbands which will make ladies look more plump about the middle. Colored tights, however, would be heavenly, and quite slimming. :)

  9. I think it really just depends on the color of the leggings and how it turns out in the end. It's just a risk... something someone has to to try.

  12. Takes a certain person to be able to rock it and not look silly though. I used to wear tights under jeans during my freshman year of high school during my "goth" days.

  13. Didn't we do this in the 80's? Anyway, I saw some jeans by Vanilla Star at Macy's recently that were black and ripped, with a hot pink lining underneath. I wanted them, but they were in the junior's section...so I thought maybe I was too old.

  15. I think it's a genius idea! Black ripped jeans or you could even do double leggings.... like black ripped up leggings with colored tights underneath. I like it regardless! You're fab! :)

  17. I do like this idea. I'm not a fluorescent kinda girl, but I'd definitely do it with a plum or hunter green tight underneath ripped jeans.
